Fucking Hell. Why the fuck did i choose to be magnanimous NOW. Why couldn't i have been a selfish little bitch and said no. And now its probably too fucking late and i'll never be able to take it back. I HATE THIS  AND I DON'T WANT IT. I lied for the first time to make you feel better and you goddamn know it; apriciate this gift or i will make you sorry you even dared ask it of me.

This just isn't fair.

Oh god i'm so happy.
I never want to loose this feeling.

Thank you for coming. You really don't understand what it ment.
Being social with the others. I was really afraid it wouldn't work. But it did!
It made my night to see that.

Next time, it'll be everyone and all be at once.

This has always been about ending a year, more than starting a new one. And true to form it echoed surprisingly accurately. Full of old friends and new friends, deja vu and new experiences.

A great night to end a fantastic year for pudding.

I just hope 2009 doesn't screw up a good thing i have going.

Feel free to ignor this. Its been kinda a bad day for me.

And i put this under here cause, even though this is the place for angst, we all know we like it better when its not being shoved in our collective faces )

But now i must study. Anyone good at eigen vectors? Taylor polynomials? Anyone? *sigh* I didn't think so...

Yeah... I'm a little late with these...

Anyway to stop wasting time by trying to post them here i've put them up on facebook. I had to got through all 1000 digital photos and picked the ones i liked, and therefore thought you would like. And the Holga ones turned out really well, perfect holga corners!! (well on the ones that actually turned out at all...) I need to get a new Holga though, this one has no flash cause the batteries asploded and killed the curcuit and its finally got a crazy ugly light leak.

Hope you them,

Hello again!

I flew in at 6:30 this morning, only got home about 20 mins ago. I HATE IMIGRATION! It took us so long to get through.

Anyway, where was i when i last posted ...

And now i'm back with mixed feelings. I'm sad its over because it was a great experience, but boy am i exhasted. It was not so much a holiday and more an Xtreme Sightsseeing quest!!1!!

Also i'm glad to be back when i can understand everything that is said around me. You can get really paranoid that you're missing something important when all the anouncments are in a foreign language. Although i must say, i was surprised at how much english there was everywhere. I tell you, you're screwed if you go there and you don't speak japanse OR english Mybe chinese or korean might get you around, but thas about it. Thank god i speak the international language!

I can't think of anything more to write right now. I'm sure i've forgotten some amazing anicdote or something, but for the life of me i cn't remember what. I guess i'll be speaking to most of you who will be reading this soon, i guess i can tell you then. Or just post it up here. I spose i'll have to make and entry or the phtots, so that will come soon. I'm sure you all have heaps of questions anyway.

First sleep...

Hello there my friends-who-are -on -lj, This is Pudding calling!

I thought while i was on checking my emails ( all seventy fucking seven of them) for any from uni i`d write a little update post to say hi, hows it going?

And that brings us to now.

Japanese Tv has been as crazy as i expected it to be. There is an entire channel for golf! There also seems to be an entire chanel for game shows of the wierdest kind. My favourite so far was one where they tested your english skills. Hilarious.

The food is great. So much Fish!! And fish For breakfast, its surprisingly nice. I would do it a home if i have the energy to!

I`ve been on the look out for crazy little nicknacks to buy you guys but its surprisingly hard. Everything here is pretty much the same price as at home, so it not ever like hong kong or something when i can buy you cheap shit. But i`ll try and find something that i think you`ll all like. No undies in vending machines yet, but there`s still a week to go.

Cultural observation: Almost all woman from about our age or so up wear heels of some kind. Even they`re thongs are raised up.  Also, bikes are everywhere.I want to get one shipped home, they are so awesome.

I spose this is the part where i think i`m ment to say i`m missing home, or you guys. But i`d be lying if i did. I`m having a great time, I`m definatly comming back. And some of you guys should come too. Its fantastic here.

I hope you all had a wonderfull week,

Pudding

The lj home page says I haven't updated in 16 weeks. Apparently I have writers block, which is odd because I don't feel blocked at all.

At uni right now, in the immensely intimidating library that goes up forever. At least it’s not Fisher, I do not envy April trying to find things in there.

Oh look! The computer’s flashing at me. I only have 2 out the three hours left before it shuts me out. Oh no! I’ll never survive!

Alright this is turning into a load of jibberish, but I AM SOOOO BORED. I was meant to have a two hour break after my computing lab but I finished in half an hour instead of the 2 hours given. My tutor was EXTREMLY INCOMPEDENT. A pig with a stick would have been more legible than what he was writing. The poor international student girl I was sitting next to had NO idea what he was going on about. I learned more from 10 mins on a computer than I learned in the hour I had with him. C ain’t that hard to teach.

Anyway so I finished super early, now I have THREE WHOLE HOURS to fill in. Luckily Maya’s out here at unsw with me, I love having friends to spend time with.

Not much else to do. Maybe I can do some Japanese for my seminar. We’ve only learnt 5 words so far. I’m off to write some hiragana.

Sayounara!

Woohoo free time!

I'm Bored. I've read 13 books in the last 5 or 6 days. I really should get out more. Or as Ana says, get a job. I will. Eventually. After the formal, and going away.

HSC blah

Hello!

god its been what? a term and a half since i last updated? but alas, soon i will not be able to mark the passsing of time through terms.

Leaving school's a bum. I've spent 13 years (practicly all of my life that i can remember) in the same regimented system of 9-3, monday to friday, uniform and ~10 weeks of 'holiday' a year. This seems to have stunted and thoughts my mind has about 'after' school. i can think about it but there's always a part of me that says "bullshit!  thats not going to happen! its going to be like this foreeeeveeeerrrrrrrrrr..."

Its like the medieval maps. at the edge the world just stops. thats it. you fall off. and i'm feeling perilously close to the edge of said metaphorical map.

And then there's the preparations for the afterlife. I really want to do a BSc at sydney, majoring in physics. ITS FRIGGIN 83!!! i mean thats not imposible. In fact i recon with a little dedication in the next 6 weeks (eeek!) i could pull it off. unfortunatly the trials has made me so lathargic, i really just want all this OVER. I just find studing so pointless.

Occationally i get a little drive and feel this inspiration that i really want to do this and i'll study, and work hard, and not go out, and not read, just sit down and do heaps of maths or what ever and get it all done at the end of it all and can just relax. Regrettably these bursts never seem to happen when i'm anywhere near my books.

i keep reminding myself though, a BSc is only 75 at NSW... 75 at NSW...75 NSW...75...75

Now i leave to "study" chemistry. Although it acts more like a seditive.

I start school tomorrow with new clothes, a new hair cut, feeling very relaxed and rejuvinated even after the last few days doing homework and a tutoring lesson today. I even find myself looking at the new term with a rosie hue.

I know given 3 weeks or so of two major works, maths homework and various asssignments it'll become bitter and tired again. But i can't help it.

Good Friday?

Hello

Its been a long time since i've posted without including a myraid of photographs. Ana and I did go a-Holga-ing on wednesday afternoon though, in the Australian Museum (my fav). They had a new general entry fee, which was bitchy. And half of the thrid floor was closed for renovations, which ment no big bang tunnel or large prehistoric wombats. *sigh* But hopfully the ones we did take in the skeleton room will come out well.

School is over for two weeks for a well earned break, which I REALLY need. Easter has to be my favourite holiday. Chocolate, who can say no? Talent quest is also done and buried. I'm so glad, because that play was really getting on my nerves. Ana has a my feminist bling somewhere.

Hopefully i may have my P's by the end of the holidays, but i have a bad feeling that i may need to wait untill after the first week back. You need to have them for a year and i think i got my L's just before anzac, which means i'll have to wait till that weekend to take the test. But anyway, I'll have to be doing loads of practice.

'Till next time, Happy Death-of-Jesus Day!

Hooray! Birthday!

Hello every one. It was my birthday on monday, so now i'm 17!!! Now i'm the same age as everybody else, almost. I would have posted earlier to gabble about my presents, post the luna park photos and other stuff but school just gets in the way. So does my eyelid infection. Stupid lower left eyelid.

At last my cold is gone! I'm just glad that i didn't have to do my english speech while i had it bad, that was lucky. Anyway here are the photos from swimming carnival and the rest of the slide film and some form april in room 15.  I know they're a little later than i said they would be, but i swear its all zoe's fault. You with younger siblings know how frustrating they can be.

For convenience, three cuts!

YAY! They're all up!
till next mega photo post
